Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Try before you buy

Every Pro style and paper border can be tried in the editor before buying. Only saving a picture with them needs Pro. Please try them first.

2. Pro is non-refundable once unlocked

Yadink Pro is a digital product that is delivered at once and works on your device. Once it is unlocked on your account, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in the cases below.

3. When we refund

• Charged but Pro not unlocked: if your payment succeeded but Pro did not appear on your account within 24 hours and we cannot fix it, we refund in full.
• Charged twice for the same purchase: we refund the duplicate.
• Pro does not work on your device because of a fault on our side that we cannot fix within 7 days of your report: we refund in full, if you report it within 14 days of buying.

When we refund, Pro is removed from the account.

4. If Yadink closes

Pro is for use while Yadink operates and is not refunded when it closes, except that buyers who paid within the 90 days before the closure notice get a full refund on request. See section 14 of our Terms.

5. How to ask

Write to dzealai@gmail.com or use Contact us with the payment date, your account email and the invoice number. We reply within 2 working days.

6. Timing

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5 to 7 working days. Your bank may take longer to show it. Bank, card or currency conversion charges are not refundable.
