How credits work
- 1 credit for each card you save for screens (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook); 3 for print sizes; 10 for flex and hoardings.
- Downloading, sharing or copying a saved card again is free, and saving the same card again within 24 hours (to fix a typo) is free.
- Credits are valid for the pack's period. Buy again before they expire and your unused credits are carried forward to the new pack's end date: up to as many credits as the new pack brings, and never more than 6 months after you first bought them (a Year pack keeps its own 12 months). Trial credits aren't carried. We email you a week before credits expire.
- Credits are prepaid and non-refundable once bought, except where the law requires. See the Terms and Refund policy.
- Your photos and cards stay on your device. Only your brand kit (logo, colours, fonts) is stored online, so it's ready on every device.
Team
Make a team to share your credits and brand kit with your staff. You stay the owner: you buy credits and manage members. Your own credits and brand kit become the team's.
They join by logging in with that email and choosing "Join" on this page. Their own unused credits join the team's pool.
Brand kit
Used in the Studio: your logo as an item, your colours at the top of the colour picker, your fonts for new text.
Questions
- Do I need Pro too? No. While you have credits, you get everything in Pro on all pages as well as the full Studio, with no ads.
- What happens when credits run out or expire? The Studio goes back to its free preview (when one is open). Your brand kit and team stay; buy any pack to continue.
- Can I get money back for unused credits? Credits are non-refundable once bought, except for payment problems on our side. If Yadink ever closes, we give 30 days' notice; credits can be used until then, and the unused part of purchases made in the last 30 days before the notice is refunded if you ask before the closure date. See the Refund policy.
- Can I get an invoice in my business's name? Yes: add your GSTIN at checkout.
